The merger plan for BTech Sp. z o.o. and KBJ S.A. is ready.

We hereby inform you that on the date of September 22, 2023, a merger plan between the companies BTech Sp. z o.o. and KBJ S.A. was agreed upon. The primary purpose of the merger is the consolidation of activities, including operational activities and management decisions, and as a result, the integration of the systems of both merging companies.
